李银心,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。 |
先后就读于北京大学生物系植物生理生化专业(1981-1985)、北京林业大学园林系遗传育种专业(1987-1990)、中国科学院植物研究所植物学专业(1996-2001),获得学士、硕士、博士学位。1985-1987年在南京农业大学园艺系任助教。1999年至2001年在加拿大多伦多大学进行访问研究。1990至今历任中国科学院植物研究所实习研究员,助理研究员,副研究员,研究员。现任中国海洋生物工程专业委员会常务委员,中国农业生物技术学会作物生物技术分会理事,中国园艺学会番茄分会理事。迄今发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录刊物论文40余篇,第一作者和通讯作者论文50余篇。已培养硕士和博士20名,博士后1名;正在指导博士生和硕士生5名。 主要研究工作: 从事以抗盐为主线的植物抗逆机理及抗逆植物应用研究,包括: 1. 盐生植物耐高盐的分子机理 以特定盐生植物盐角草(Salicornia)为材料,利用比较蛋白质组、转录组和基因组学方法,对盐应答相关蛋白和抗盐基因进行了系统的分离、鉴定和功能分析,揭示了盐角草蛋白共同参与植物的抗逆反应的动态调控网络以及盐渍生境下碳氮协同代谢的机理;克隆了多个耐盐基因,发现了耐盐相关基因提高植物抗病性的新功能,比较鉴别盐生植物和甜土植物来源的抗盐基因在表达调控和功能上的异同及相关机理; 2. 植物抗逆性的细胞及基因工程 采用植物组织和细胞培养、突变体筛选,结合转基因技术,培育抗盐芹菜(Apium)、菾菜(Beta)、菜用蒲公英(Taraxacum)、番茄(Lycopersicum)等耐盐蔬菜新种质; 3. 耐盐植物的筛选驯化 通过种质资源收集、耐盐品比、遗传稳定性分析,从现有栽培蔬菜和野生盐生植物类群中筛选具有作物潜力的种类,获得“海芦笋”(Salicornia)等耐海水蔬菜新种质; 4. 抗盐耐海水蔬菜新品种选育和滩涂海水栽培集成应用 将抗盐蔬菜种质栽培与海水平衡营养及设施技术相结合,实现了用海水灌溉和海水无土栽培,并大规模种植的应用目标。 主持和参加的科研项目:
