2004年获中国农业大学学士学位,2011年获美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学博士学位。2011至2014年分别在宾夕法尼亚州立大学、佐治亚大学从事博士后研究。2015年入选“国家青年人才计划”,同年被引进到中国科学院植物研究所工作。现任植物多样性与特色经济作物重点实验室副主任,兼任中国科学院大学岗位教授,中国植物学会理事、系统与进化植物学专业委员会委员,中国生物信息学学会(筹)农林信息学专业委员会委员,《Frontiers in Plant Science》期刊副主编,Journal of Systematics and Evolution、Plant Diversity、Biological Diversity、《植物学报》等期刊编委。曾获第三届“吴征镒植物学奖”之“青年创新奖”、中国科学院优秀导师、中国科学院大学“领雁银奖 振翅奖”。目前主要研究方向包括:1)多倍化与植物适应性进化;2)整合组学与植物新性状起源和多样化;3)基因组进化与植物重大进化事件。
主要研究方向:
1)多倍化与植物适应性进化
多倍化事件在植物中频繁发生,鉴定植物进化过程中曾发生的多倍化事件,并将多倍化后的基因组、基因和调控网络等与重要性状关联,不仅可以阐明植物环境适应性的遗传基础,还可以进一步理解多倍化对物种形成和创新性状起源的重要贡献。
2)整合组学与植物新性状起源和多样化:
在植物进化过程会逐渐产生一系列新性状,这些性状在不同类群或物种中的多样化,可以使它们拥有更强的环境适应能力。我们可以利用基因组、转录组、表观基因组和表型组等数据来挖掘新性状相关的基因组、基因家族和基因等层面的变化,并通过解析相关基因的功能而阐明新性状起源和多样化的分子机制。
3) 基因组进化与植物重大进化事件:
在植物进化过程中,发生过一系列的重大事件(例如:植物登陆,种子、花和果的起源等事件)。这些进化事件一直是植物进化研究领域的重大科学问题。 我们主要通过解析关键支系代表物种基因组图谱,揭示植物重大进化事件过程中基因组层面的变化,从而进一步理解基因组变异对植物进化的贡献。
