刘晓娟,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

2006年获北京林业大学学士学位,2012年获中国科学院植物研究所博士学位,20132016年先后在瑞士苏黎世大学和美国马里兰大学进行博士后和合作研究。2019年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,2022年获国家基金委“优秀青年科学基金”资助,2023年入选中国科学院青促会优秀会员。主要从事生物多样性与生态系统功能研究,在Nature Ecology & EvolutionScience AdvancesNew PhytologistEcology等发表SCI论文50余篇。曾获中国科学院青年科学家国际合作伙伴奖、梁希青年论文一等奖。担任浙江钱江源森林生物多样性国家站执行站长、中国科学院青促会北京分会副会长;现任Journal of Plant Ecology副主编,Journal of Ecology生物多样性等期刊编委。

主要研究方向

主要从事生物多样性研究,聚焦于生物多样性与生态系统功能的关系和机理。基于大型野外多样性控制实验和天然林大样地,主要研究:1)植物物种、遗传、功能等多维度的多样性对生态系统功能的影响和机制;2) 多营养级生物多样性对生态系统多功能性的影响;3)植物功能性状的格局和过程研究。
