葛颂,男,博士,研究员、博士生导师。

中国科学院大学教授。分别于1982年和1986年在南京林业大学获学士和硕士学位,1993年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位。19965月至19985月在美国Washington UniversityMichigan State University进行访问研究。200110月至201110月任系统与进化植物学国家重点实验室主任;20066月至20159月任中国科学院植物研究所副所长。曾兼任中国科学院北京植物园主任、中国植物学会副理事长兼秘书长等。现任中国植物学会常务理事、国际生物科学联合会(IUBS)中国委员会副主席、中国科学院生物多样性委员会委员等。目前担任学术期刊BMC Evol BiolConser Genet、和《西北植物学报》副主编以及Genome BiolBiology LettersBiological Research等期刊编委。迄今发表论著280余篇(部),其中以第1或通讯作者在Nature BiotechNature PlantsNature CommunPNASGenome BiolMol Biol EvolNew PhytolMol EcolEvolution等国际重要刊物上发表论文60余篇。已培养硕士和博士45名。2000年获国家杰出青年科学基金,2001年获中国科学院青年科学家奖,2015年入选中国科学院人才计划,2017年入选美国植物学会(Botanical Society of America)通讯会员(Corresponding Member),2018年获中国植物学会IBC 2017杰出贡献奖,2021年获中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖。

主要研究内容:

1. 植物分子系统学和分子进化 

利用分子生物学手段,结合形态学、细胞学等证据探讨植物类群的系统发育关系,完善类群的分类系统;同时以特定植物类群为材料,探讨基因和基因家族的进化规律和机制。研究的类群涉及稻属(Oryza)、沙参属(Adenopnora)、乌头属(Aconitum)、沙棘属(Hippophae)和葱属(Allium)等。近年来的研究重点为禾本科稻族和稻属的起源、分化和生物地理格局,栽培稻的起源和扩散;同时以稻属为模式探讨水稻特定功能基因的起源和进化。 

2. 植物物种形成和多倍体进化 

采用常规的移栽、人工杂交、细胞学和群体统计等手段,结合各种分子标记技术,探讨植物物种形成的式样和机制,以及多倍体的起源和进化。涉及的类群包括稻属(Oryza)、沙参属(Adenopnora)、乌头属(Aconitum)、绵枣属(Scilla)等。近年来的研究重点为野生稻的物种形成和适应性机制,稻属异缘多倍体的起源和网状进化式样。目前主要从基因组结构水平和基因表达角度探讨稻属近缘种的物种形成和生态适应的分子机制。

3. 植物群体遗传学和保护遗传学 

利用分子标记技术(allozyme, RAPDs, ISSRs, SSRs等)和DNA序列数据探讨植物群体的遗传多样性和遗传结构及其影响因素,植物的交配系统和生殖方式(克隆性)及其进化意义;采用群体遗传学的原理和方法研究珍稀濒危植物的遗传学特点,揭示植物濒危的机制,并探讨植物保护和利用的基本策略。研究的主要类群包括银杉(Cathaya argyrophylla)、裂叶沙参(Adenophora potaninii)和兰花(Orichids)等中国珍稀濒危物种以及野生稻、马尾松(P. masoniana)和云南松(P. yunnanensis)等重要林木和作物近缘种。近年来的研究重点为珍惜濒危植物银杉、兰花和野生稻等类群。
