2000年于中国农业大学获得博士学位,1997年于内蒙古农业大学获得硕士学位,1992年于内蒙古农业大学获得学士学位。2000年7月到中国科学院植物研究所工作。曾任中国草学会副秘书长(2011-2015)。近年来, 主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目等10余项。发表研究论文80余篇, 其中发表SCI论文50余篇。获授权发明专利7项,起草地方标准3项。培育牧草新品种3个。目前担任中国科学院植物研究所多伦恢复生态学试验示范研究站站长、人工草地技术研究组组长。 主要研究工作 一、根属性对全球变化的响应及对草地生态系统结构与功能的驱动机制 以根系过程为切入点,在物种、功能群、群落水平,解析草地地下过程对增温、增雨、氮添加、放牧等全球变化因子的响应以及对温带草地生态系统结构和功能调控及其在退化草地恢复中的作用与驱动机制。 二、人工草地高产高效机理与技术模式 以豆科、禾本科牧草生产力形成的生物学机理为切入点,解析人工草地高产高效的根际生物学基础和水肥光温高效利用的生物学机制。通过豆科、禾本科牧草单播、混播、间作,研发高产、优质、高效人工草地栽培技术体系和可持续利用模式。 主持和参加的科研项目 (1)“内蒙古退化典型草原恢复与培育的生态学机制研究”,国家自然科学基金重点项目,2021-2025,主持。 (2)“内蒙古温带草原植物根叶属性对长期夏季增雨的响应及其对光合和蒸腾作用的驱动”,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2017-2020,主持。 (3)“最优人工草地建植”,国家重点研发计划“北方农牧交错带草地退化机理及生态修复技术集成示范”项目子课题,2016-2020,主持。 (4)“内蒙古温带草原根系周转模式及其对土壤有机质的贡献”,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2014-2017,主持。 (5)“荒漠草原响应全球变化的生态环境效应”,“973项目—全球变化对中国典型草地生态过程的影响及生态环境效应”子课题,2012-2017,主持。 (6)“温带草原土壤碳截获能力对升温、降水与氮沉降变化的响应”,“973项目—天然森林和草地土壤固碳功能与固碳潜力研究”子课题,2011-2015,主持。 (7)“增温增雨对温带典型草原根系周转与土壤碳库影响的控制实验研究”,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2011-2013,主持。 发表论文 2023 - Guo YM, Zhou M, Sheng J, Yuan YJ, Zhang WH, Bai WM*. 2023.
