冉进华,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

中国植物学会系统与进化植物学专业委员会委员。2001年于浙江大学获学士学位,2007年于中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位并留所工作,历任助理研究员(2007-2011)、副研究员(2012-2018)和研究员(2019-至今)。2012.11-2013.10在美国University of California, Irvine进行合作研究,合作导师Brandon S. Gaut教授。主要从事裸子植物的分子系统学、生物地理学、分子进化和保护生物学研究。近年来在植物DNA甲基化以及裸子植物的亲缘关系、生物地理学和保护生物学等研究方面取得了重要成果;主要研究工作发表在Nat PlantsProc R Soc BCommun BiolBMC BiolJ Integr Plant BiolMol Phylogenet EvolBMC Evol BiolAnn Bot等国际主流刊物上。2012年入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”会员,2017年入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”优秀会员。

主要研究方向

1裸子植物的系统发生与生物地理学研究

利用系统发生基因组学(Phylogenomics)方法,从多个层次对裸子植物的系统发生关系进行研究,揭示其生物地理学历史,探讨重要的进化事件和物种多样性的形成机制。

2裸子植物的分子进化和关键性状的演化研究

对包括裸子植物在内的陆地植物主要支系进行研究,结合基因组、转录组、甲基化组等多组学多维度的研究手段,揭示裸子植物进化过程中DNA甲基化、线粒体、叶绿体和核基因组等的进化规律,探讨关键基因的进化模式及其对生物进化的影响,探索关键性状的起源与演化历史。

3裸子植物的保护生物学研究

中国裸子植物物种的采集历史、保护现状及未来的保护策略等进行研究,为我国未来保护区的规划和调整提供重要的数据参考;结合群体遗传学、表观组学和景观基因组学等方法,揭示一些重要裸子植物物种的遗传多样性、群体分化和动态历史,探讨其应对全球变化的响应潜力,为其可持续种群管理提供参考。
