2002年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位,2002年至2007年在美国华盛顿大学(圣.路易斯)进行博士后研究。2007年到中国科学院植物研究所工作,主要运用生物信息学手段整合不同类型数据挖掘耐逆分子模块,在Science Advances、Cell Reports、Annual Review of Plant Biology、Genome Biology、New Phytologist、Plant Journal等期刊发表多篇SCI论文, 主持中科院对外合作CAS-CSIRO项目、多项国家自然科学基金面上项目,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项“创建生态草牧业科技体系”牧草表型组平台负责人,作为子课题负责人参与国家重点研发计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A类/ B类)、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项等项目,2021年香山科学会议做大会主旨报告,Frontiers in Plant Science 审稿编辑。
