1999年获南京大学学士学位,2002获北京大学硕士学位,2007年获美国北卡罗莱州立大学博士学位,2007年至2011年间在美国国家环保局环境评价中心进行博士后研究工作。2011年到植物所工作,2015年获国家自然科学家基金委优秀青年基金资助,2021年获国家杰出青年基金资助。现任《植物生态学报》主编、Fundamental Research、Ecology Letters、Global Change Biology和Journal of Plant Ecology编委;植被与环境变化国家重点实验室副主任、中国植物学会植物生态学会专业委员会主任、北京生态学会副理事长。 主要研究领域 主要从事陆地生态系统生物地球化学循环研究。利用野外控制实验、样带调查、数据整合等方法,系统解析了生态系统碳氮循环关键过程及其对全球变化的响应机制。近年来,在有机质分解的生物和非生物机制、地上-地下互作对养分循环的影响、土壤有机碳形成与周转的生态学机制、生理生态过程对大气污染的响应等方面取得了重要进展。 主持及参与的科研项目 - 国家自然科学基金重点项目(32330066),生物多样性丧失与干旱对草地生态系统结构与功能的影响,主持人;
