田利金,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。 |
2005年在山东科技大学获学士学位,2008年在中国科学院长春光学精密与物理研究所获硕士学位,2013年在荷兰瓦格宁根大学获博士学位。2013-2018年,先后在阿姆斯特丹自由大学,荷兰莱顿大学开展博后工作。现任中国科学院植物研究所植物光能转化与调控研究组组长。近年来,在PNAS,NC,JACS,JPCL等国际刊物上发表学术论文30余篇。 主要研究工作: 主要研究方向为植物光合作用过程中光能的吸收及转化的物理分子机制及动力学过程,尤其关注在高光胁迫条件下光合生物实现自身光保护的能量调控机制。近年来,在蓝藻、绿藻以及高等植物等多种光合生物体系中的光保护调控分子机制研究中取得了突出成绩. 课题组将继续以分子生物学、超快光谱学、光学动态成像为主要技术手段,从植物光能吸收、转化以及调控的机理出发,围绕提升植物光能转化率这一核心科学问题,开展基础与应用研究。 主持和参加的科研项目: [1] “禾本科牧草新品种定向分子选育”(2022.11-2025.10),中国科学院战略性先导科技专项A类,课题负责人。 [2] “高效光合元件及模块在异养底盘中的组装与再造”(2020.1-2024.12),国家重点研发计划,课题负责人。 [3] “关于碳四植物光合作用原初反应及光调控过程的时空高分辨荧光寿命成像”(2020.1-2023.12),国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目负责人。 [4] “衣藻种光保护蛋白LhcSR实现非光化学能量猝灭的物理分子机理”(2019.1-2021.12),国家自然科学基金青年项目,项目负责人。 [5] 中国科学院人才计划(2019.3-2024.3),项目负责人。 [6] “黄河三角洲盐碱地复合动态逆境下‘藻-菌-植’互作增强植物耐盐性机制研究”(2024.1-2027.12),国家自然科学基金联合基金项目,项目参与人。 [7] “饲草智能育种加速平台研发”(2022.1-2025.10),中国科学院战略性先导科技专项A类,子课题参与人。 [8] “绿色植物PSHI-LHCI结构演化对其吸能、传能和转能微观动力学过程的影响”(2019.12-2024.12),地方自然科学基金,课题参与人。 [9] “光合膜蛋白研究创新交叉团队-光系统和捕光天线的结构功能与调控”(2021.1-2023.12),中国科学院创新交叉团队项目,项目参与人。 研究论文: 2024 Mengyuan Zheng,Xiaojie Pang,Ming Chen,Lijin Tian*. 2024.
