申小莉,女,博士,研究员。

20022009分别获北京大学学士、博士学位。20092013年在美国Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute访问交流。2013年到中国科学院植物研究所,历任博士后、副研究员、研究员。主要从事生物多样性状况、动态及其驱动机制的研究,为国家公园等自然保护地的管理提供科学支撑,研究成果被BBCCNN、中国科学报、人民日报海外版等国内外媒体广泛报道。任Biodiversity and Conservation、《生物多样性》期刊编委, IUCN SSC Post-2020 Biodiversity Targets Task Force成员,北京生物多样性科学研究会理事。

主要研究方向:

研究生物多样性状况、动态及其驱动机制,以支撑区域、国家、全球的生物多样性保护和管理。建立大型的红外相机监测平台(浙江钱江源国家野外科学观测研究站红外相机监测平台、中国西南山地红外相机监测网络)和物种分布大数据平台(陆生脊椎动物、高等植物),在此基础上研究生物多样性的空间格局、时间动态和变化机制,重点关注在人类世背景下,全球变化、社会经济发展、人类活动对生物多样性的影响和管理。
