2012年7月在华南农业大学获学士学位，2019年1月在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位，2019-2024年先后在丹麦奥胡斯大学和德国综合生物多样性研究中心（iDiv）进行博士后研究，2024年9月引进至植物研究所植被与环境变化重点实验室工作。获国家青年人才项目资助。共发表论文20余篇，其中第一作者的代表作发表在PNAS、Science Advances、Nature Communications和Global Ecology and Biogeography等国际期刊；博士学位论文入选中国科学院优秀博士学位论文。担任Global Ecology and Biogeography编委和《生物多样性》青年编委。
主要研究方向：
主要从事生物多样性空间格局和动态变化研究，聚焦人类活动和气候变化对生物多样性的影响，考虑不同人类威胁因素（如土地利用变化、生物入侵等）对不同尺度多样性和群落物种组成的影响，基于野外调查和数据整合，利用中国和全球的物种分布数据和生物多样性时间序列数据，重点开展：1）全球变化下的生物多样性空间格局和影响因素；2）生物多样性时间动态和驱动因子；3）自然保护地对生物多样性保护的效果评估和优化策略。
