2008年在北京林业大学林学院获学士学位,2014年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位并留所工作。2010至2012年在美国史密森研究院国家自然历史博物馆进行合作研究,2015至2016年在澳大利亚国家标本馆访问学习。迄今为止,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature、Nature Plants、Nature Communications、National Science Review、Current Biology、New Phytologist等期刊发表论文40余篇,研究成果(Lu et al., 2018. Nature)入选2018年度“中国生命科学十大进展”。先后获中国科协青年人才托举工程、中国科学院青年创新促进会和国家优秀青年科学基金等项目支持。目前担任Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution、Australian Systematic Botany副主编,Journal of Systematics and Evolution、Biological Diversity、《植物资源与环境学报》编委。
主要研究方向
主要研究方向是生命之树重建与应用。一方面,综合基因、基因组、形态、地理分布和化石等证据,对生命之树上的重要类群开展分类学和生物地理学研究,以揭示植物演化的普遍规律;另一方面,利用大尺度生命之树,探究植物区系的起源、演化与多样性形成机制,为生物多样性保护实践提供科学支撑。
